This Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journal provides free, open, and immediate access to its content (without requiring the reader to register) under the principle that making research available to the public promotes a greater exchange of global knowledge and, therefore, greater human development.

This journal also does not charge any fees to researchers wishing to publish their work. There are no charges for authors for submission or article processing under the same principle mentioned above. If an article passes the double-blind review process and is accepted, the MenteClara Foundation will award the author a grant of 594 euros to cover 100% of the costs of processing, publishing, and disseminating their research.

For your article to be included in the publication, it is necessary that the work be free of editorial commitments with any other journal or publishing body. Each contribution will first undergo a thematic relevance evaluation by the Editorial Committee and then a double-blind evaluation with internal and external reviewers. Submissions should be sent by email to the MenteClara Foundation Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journal.

This journal is automatically indexed in CrossRef, OpenAire, Google Scholar, Latindex, Redib, Caicyt, Redalyc, ERIHPLUS, and the main Indexes and Libraries. It also uses the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to create a secure and permanent archive of the journal.
