Active Aging, Social SupportAbstract
The present work tries to provide a glimpse, through positive psychology, about the concepts of active aging and social support. At the same time, using a variety of research articles we will try to link both with clarity and fundamentals those theoretical constructions. The results found converge on a common point, there is a strong interrelation between them. For active aging to be possible, social support is necessary to exist to a greater or lesser extent. As a result of what has been said, there is a need to become aware of the importance of containment nets in general society and specifically in older adults.Downloads
